The hotel is excellent — very clean and spacious rooms. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel, I highly recommend it.

The service was quite good and friendly although the process was somewhat slow and confusing. The rooms were clean although the choice of colour for the special Cony room was a bit weird. The location wasn't that good as it was off the main areas and had to find ways to get to the hotel as the shuttle bus service was not that frequent.

I stayed here for three days, and it was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. This is by far the worst four-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The soundproofing is terrible—you can clearly hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The location of the hotel is close to the light rapid transit station. The interior design and decoration were nice. The check-in process was fast. However, the view from my room was not impressive. The soundproofing was also poor. Room rate was a little pricy.
