We had a really pleasant stay at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside. The location is excellent — tucked away in a quieter part of Shinjuku, yet still within easy walking distance to stations, restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping areas. We had a wonderful time during our stay! The staff are all kind and accommodating, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are large (for Japanese standards). The beds are also softer than many we encountered in Japan, which tends to be firm. Great location near everything in Shinjuku. Thank you so much!

Booked 2 rooms for 6 nights. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. The staff were always kind and accommodating. Hotel provided some toiletries like toothbrush, cotton pads, hot tea etc at the lobby. The bathroom in the room has hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Hair dryer is also provided. A block off the hustle and bustle of 歌舞伎町 （night area with bars & restaurants) and 10 mins walk from busy shopping area in Shinjuku, this hotel sits on a busy, safe main street with a small grocery store downstairs.
