Tokyo Prince Hotel (couple trip)

Overall excellent hotel. Solid location with a short walk to Hamamatsucho Station and plenty of food options nearby. Staff were nice, and spoke English very well for tourists. Only gripe is the bed was hard as a rock. Outside of that though, great hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Customer service was excellent, staff were very friendly and always ready to help. I love how there’s a convenience store right downstairs for snacks.
