Fantastic stay. Service is top notch. Only slight deduction was calling front desk is hit and miss (mostly miss) had to call 2+ times to hope someone answers whether it was instant service (hotel listed option) or in room dining. One time called 4 times no answer and went down to reception instead to get more toilet paper... Other than that everything was great. Location is great, minutes to shin...

The stay started off with a choppy check-in experience, but management followed up, which was a nice touch to show the property does care about their guest experience. The hotel is located on the upper floors of an office building (26-32) so you'll generally have nice views. However, be aware hat some rooms (including mine) overlook a huge construction site that's brightly lit and audible all nig...

The Strings by InterContinental Tokyo was the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and genuinely thoughtful service. The rooms were sleek, quiet, and had an awesome view — everything felt high-end but still relaxed. Big shoutout to Kenny, who was so kind and helpful. Not only did he make us feel super welcome, but he also gave us some terrific pointers on Japanese anime locations to check out. Honestl...

An Exceptional Experience – The Best InterContinental I Have Ever Visited As an IHG Diamond Member and InterContinental Ambassador, I frequently stay at IHG properties worldwide, but The Strings InterContinental Tokyo has truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment of check-in, the hotel presents itself as a serene oasis in the heart of the city – perfectly connected yet incredibly tranquil....

We loved our stay! It's has direct access to thr subway (albeit difficult to find coming in for the first time), so it's far enough out and quiet while being accessible to the other neighborhoods. The rooms were so nice, breakfast was 10/10. We also enjoyed the themed afternoon tea. They also organzied our luggage transfer to the next city. Loved everything!
