Not as per what advertise on social media or google. Avoid this hotel. 1) room is badly shaped despite paying for one of the best room. Totally not worth the money you are paying for. 2) location is a horror! Don’t book as it’s along the nightlife district. Very rowdy and dirty. Not safe for women. 3) bad attitude from front desk. Asked help on luggage. Only the jap staff came to help with a troll...

This hotel is at best a 2 star hotel. Definitely not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel in terms of Japanese hospitality, service and hotel amenities. Highlight of my stay was when I called the front desk - “Could you send some bottled water to my room?“ Front desk: “could you come to the front desk?” LOL Change your hotel star rating to a 1-2 star on google or start vigorous staff training and ...

This hotel gets the job done but will unlikely delight you. Pros: The room was immaculately clean and sheets surprisingly high quality. It's walking distance from the heart of Shinjuku... Cons:...but you need to walk through the throng of host bars and short-term hotels to get here. The hotel lobby and elevators were packed morning and night with guests, so it's not exactly quaint. The bath toil...

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was small but bed was clean. Great location and near what we needed. Bed sagged in the middle a bit but that was fine. Room came with good amenities: shampoo/conditioner/razor/toothbrush/q-tips/ponytail/etc. The upstairs rooftop view was really cool and the staff up there were so nice and fun! The hotel staff in the lobby were okay. We asked for help with the buses a...

For an affordable price this is a good accommodation, great location, ease of use, and overall a comfortable stay. Rooms are a tight squeeze so if you get two twins you have less than a foot between the beds and it’s hard to open anything bigger than a carry on in the open spaces but the shower was great, slept comfy on the bed and the AC works wonderfully. You’re essentially getting what you paye...
