Rooms are small compared to western expectations but very functional and clean. Usual check in experience which seems to take 15 minutes! Breakfast buffet is very good but a busy queue to get in can take 20 mins. Hotel is in a good location, next to Shinagawa train station

Good hotel with a great location in Shinagawa. An excellent location, 1 minute on foot to access Shinagawa train station where you're connected to all Tokyo. Room was clean, comfortable and with excellent view. There was a workspace to work, a mini-bar and complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water were served daily. Bathroom was OK with a very comfortable toilet. Friendly, helpful and polite sta...

My Chanel perfume was stolen from my suitcase. I couldn't find my Chanel perfume on the day I checked out of the hotel (it was a brand-new bottle I brought specifically for this trip). I didn't think much of it at the time because we were running late for the airport. While waiting to board our flight, I double-checked my carry-on suitcase and still couldn't find the perfume. I then called the ho...

Well located hotel in Shinagawa that can meet various needs. A very large property with various wings, but clearly marked and easy to get around. On the bottom level you will find shopping, and a bowling alley, among other areas for activity. The food court located on the 2nd level in Annex wing provides over five quick dining options, spanning a variety of cuisines. After 10pm, there is a 7-11 ...

They had a launders service but it was really confusing to get to because there was 3 towers and we had to take several elevators so we got lost really easily. We were at the annex tower and there was free water but that was it. It had a fridge, water boiler, a safe, and tea but no coffee. The room was high tech with an ele...
