I stayed in a small corner room, which was like staying in an American Walk in Closet. It was very comfortable, and great for the price. Of you're taller than 5ft 10" you might struggle a bit with the bed length. Otherwise it was fine.

For travelers that need to leave for the airport the next day the hotel is located close to the Tokyo City Air Terminal. The rooms are small but functional. Breakfast is very disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay ☺️ Only thing someone else talked about it was the dust in the ac unit . Everything else was great . Loved the breakfast & also everyone working at the S-perla were so nice ! Also loved that everyone spoke multiple languages, so language barrier was not a thing ! THANK YOU ☺️

We were in Tokyo for the first time and we didn't go wrong with the area - it's very beautiful and quiet. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The rooms are modest in size, but have everything you need. It's just a pity that the hotel doesn't have a service for delivering luggage to the hotel in another city, which we heard so much about. The photos show places near the hotel

Stayed here for 4 nights last week. Hotel is very conveniently located in a nice quiet area. Short walk from train station and with a Lawson only a few steps away. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, was able to get my luggage delivered there from Haneda without issues. Rooms are very clean, if you need a little more space, definitely recommend booking the double room. Overall a great stay, ...
