Stayed here in Oct 2025. Typical economy hotel you'd find in Tokyo. Small room is expected though it was quite new. Good value for money. Friendly staff too. Location is good - I arrived not 25mins after getting off the Shinkansen at Shinagawa Station (exchange to JR Line for 2 more local stations). Just 5-10 mins walk to Shiba Park which is right next to the Tokyo tower.

The room is extremely small, and the breakfast was basic. However the staff are really nice and friendly. English communication maybe difficult but they are happy to wait and resolve if we have any question. As my stay was more than a week and it was monsoon season, I tried to dry some of my jacket but it seems never get dried. Should just use their laundry system.

It’s super good to live in this hotel We checking in very late at nigh, and two ladies at the front desk helped us a lot to find a suitable room. All the people in the hotel are very nice and warm hearted. The room is super clean and the very comfortable . And have nicecoffee. This is a must stay hotel for us if we go to Tokyo again!
