The staff is good… but the location isn't that strategic; it’s quite far from center of Shinjuku… It’s near people houses

Walking distance to Akebono Bashi station. There is 24h laundry just next to hotel. However, there is no daily room service with economy plan. They will only keep new towels in front of the door. So you have to live with your garbage in the room during your stay if you get the economy plan. I don’t like the idea of charging extra for basic services.

Good quality facilities, good service, small room. We got the economy package for two people. Requested two twin beds room, received single queen (double) bed. Very small room for two people. We made it work. Got more than expected, except the unfulfilled request. Would stay again. I also requested luggage transport to the airport. I got different answers from both staff I asked about it. I think some of the negative reviews I’ve read were false. In fact, we had a great stay and goodnight sleep. Yes, the room is not big but we had all the basic things we need. The bed linens are clean, towels and bathrobes were provided everyday, some basic bathroom essentials are all in the lobby, you just have to pick and choose what you need. Staff are accommodating and helpful.

Negatives- TINY rooms and bathroom. NOT recommended for 4 adults with luggage. Had to pay $1 per extra towel and pillow requested. Said it was because of the increasing costs of linens (notice posted in elevator). Breakfast buffet was a no go! Good did not look good or worth 1500yen per person. Positive- great location.
