It is a budget hotel. So the rooms are not "bad" just very small. Zero thrills but clean and functional. I think if you stayed more than a few days it would get hard to manage because there is no where to put large cases or put away any clothes. It's designed for 1 or 2 night stays I think. The location is great if you want easy access to Ueno park because you intend to do museum hopping and you ...

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. It’s our pit stop before moving to Niigata We arrived just before midnight due to a late flight. Traffic from Haneda Airport was light. We decided to take a taxi which took less than 30 min. There are food alley diagonally opposite the hotel with lots of food choices. The prices are cheaper than those at Tokyo. There are a lot of youngsters here. Some resta...

This is a 3 star hotel, so as long as you expect Tokyo size (small) & rather basic amenities, this place is excellent for the cost. It is clean, safe, comfortable, and the service is really good. While they warned us room cleaning happens every 3 days by default, they still came in and made the bed every morning. The desk attendant hurried out from behind the desk to give us towels to dry when we ...

No issues with service nor location but room design could be much better and well thought of. Toilet design is so poor with door swinging out to the room passage way, small shelving with hair dryer and plug directly above toilet bowl increasing chance of the cable falling inside the toilet bowl. Toilet bowl have to flush from bottom right hand side which brings your face close to toilet bowl. All ...

Location is 100% 👌 It's a few steps away from the station near an elevator leading to the station as well for bigger luggage. The hotel room is spacious compared to other hotels and they are very eco-friendly. There is cable in the room but you can easily connect Netflix to the tv in just a minute. There are only 3 washing machines though so you have to be strategic with what time you do your la...
