Incredible stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi. Front office team had exceptional customer service. Nice, friendly and excelling in exceeding expectations for great service. We were surprised at all the fine details and great amenities, breakfast bar (for purchase) free coffee and snacks and toiletries (bath towel, tooth brush, haircomb etc..) located a few blocks away from the Ginza area...

This hotel has rooms which are much roomier than most in Tokyo. Beds are good and slightly firm and there are so many amenities including laundry facilities onsite. Great breakfast is available also

This hotel is a simple 7 minute walk to Tokyo Station (which gives access to many train lines, including Yamanote line) and Kyobashi station is a 2 minute walk which makes Ginza, Shibuya and Asakusa all have NO transfer! Great service including arranging our baggage transfer for us. Nice, clean rooms. Good WiFi etc and a wee residents area with coffee etc. Also coin laundry room and microwave. Location amazing. Breakfast is efficient with friendly staff, but mostly not to UK tastes and we struggled a bit to be honest. We had fruit salad with yoghurt, oats, and a smoothie and coffee.
