Stayed here twice during our trip around Japan, actually we decided to stay here for a second time because of the first experience. Reception and breakfast staff were generally very pleasant and kind and we really appreciated their customer focus :) Breakfast was very nice but we really missed natto - it would be amazing if this was available in the future. We also found some long black hairs in t...

An unexpectedly poor experience for a hotel of this calibre. Although the location is excellent and the facilities are impressive, I waited several hours beyond the 3 PM check-in time despite booking well in advance, and no courtesy access to the onsen, café, refreshments, or fitness facilities was offered during the delay. Additionally, although I requested a late check-out upon arrival, I was st...

This was a nice hotel, it was very clean. My only feedback is the room we stayed in was small, but that is common in Tokyo. Otherwise it’s a very comfortable stay. It’s located just a few blocks away from Tsukiji market which is very convenient. The public bath downstairs is also quite nice; it’s also tattoo friendly. Also, in room washing machines are a super plus, would recommend!

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Ginza and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. The bathroom and toilet are separated, which makes it very convenient. There’s also a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. What we loved the most is that the room comes with a washer-dryer, microwave, and refrigerator, making the stay feel just like home. We booked a corner room th...

I stayed for 5 nights and had a really good experience overall. The room was nice, and the breakfast was excellent — easily the best I had in Japan. The public bath was perfect for relaxing after walking 20,000 steps each day. The hotel’s location in Ginza was ideal, with plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby. There’s also a Nespresso coffee machine on the second floor with a wide varie...
