Loisir Hotel Shinagawa Seaside (couple trip)

Nice hotel for the area. Rooms are very basic - great if you're only using them for showering and sleeping. There's no individual a/c control so the rooms are rather hot at night (~83° F), so keep that in mind if you run hot. Beds are average for Asia (much firmer than the Americas and Europe). I like the location of this hotel, beside have a Japanese supermarket AEON, pharmacy drug store and a lot of convenience store. They provided Japanese style breakfast here and I love it so much

Walking distance to Aeon Mall Super near reachable from Rinkai Line This hotel is just 30 menit + by train to / from Haneda International airport

Been trying to get a confirmation from the hotel if I can drop my luggages before checking because I am traveling within Japan before going to Tokyo but never got a response for more than a week. This shows that the hotel customer service is really bad and has no intention to serve customers.

Not that great experience as the staff kept giving me different information or incorrect information. Probably it is due to their lack of understanding of English? Quite frustrating though even if we use the translator. The rooms has abit of lingering smoke smell and the seaside view looks more of river across the road kind. One very bad point is they do not have phone/ cups or stirrer in the room...
