If you're like me and like having your hotel be in a more quiet area, and very close to a train station, this may not be the place, but the room itself was sufficient! The room cleanliness was great, and the employees at the front were friendly and helpful. A very good location, with every transport nearby : train, JR,... In Ikebukuro Station. With a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, also many supermarkets. Not far from Sunshine City!! The room was a bit too small but had everything that was needed for the few days. Amazing service!! Lots of little things for travellers, like toothbrushes, brushes, cleansing oil, bath salts, lotion etc.

I stayed here for around 8 days. The staff are very kind, and the amenities are very abundant. This hotel fits pretty nicely into the mold that most hotels in Japan fall into. Rooms aren't very large but that's what you should expect from a Japanese hotel. The front desk staff are absolutely wonderful and will help you with everything you need, including forwarding luggage to your next location.
