Awesome place to stay. Near shinjuku station, city center, various restaurants and shopping centers. Facilities are aging but still grand. Breakfast is generous and delicious. Get the premier rooms, as the lounge access and 47th floor access is very much worth the extra cost. Amazing views from one of the tallest hotels in Tokyo

We had an amazing time at this hotel during our 2 week trip to Japan. The customer service here is unmatched. They are on their A game at all times and super nice and helpful. Great rooms, we had a large one with 3 beds and there was a lot of space. Big bathroom, newly decorated and nice fittings. Unfortunately there was no Japanese public bath in the hotel which is disappointing. There was no guest lounge, which we have come to expect, with seating and free drinks.
