Wonderful hotel with fabulous service. Very much a grand old hotel. Rooms are dated but in a charming retro and old world way. There is a eye to detail that gives an air of luxury despite the hotel being dated, for example almost everything has the hotel monogram and is of high quality. Staff were exceptional with service and courtesy. The hotel feels quietly elegant. Our room was a little dated but stately and comfortable. Though the breakfast seemed popular, we were able to find more affordable options mere blocks away. The hotel is convenient to transit and with plentiful taxis. The pool/bath/spa is a nice amenity even though it seems tucked away.
