The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are outdated and the airconditioning on my floor was not working, the front desk knew about this as they moved us straight away. The rooms were very small and we could not open our suit cases on the floor however most rooms in Tokyo are like this so just be aware. Overall, they are quite nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the station only a short walk.

Hotel is a short walk to train stations. We had a corner room overlooking the city for 3 which was quite spacious. There is space under the bed to store your luggage and a closet for hanging clothes. Plenty of bench space in bathroom for cosmetics. The buffet breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. The optional bed clothing was light and lovely to wear. Staff were extremely polite and help...

Our best hotel stay in Japan! Breakfast buffet was excellent! Location is ideal! Staff are very professional and efficient Rooms are spacious Also, the airport limousine bus literally drops you off at the hotel entrance. If your flight arrives past midnight, it will be a good 4minutes walk to get to the hotel since the bus won't stop at the hotel past 11pm. Will definitely come back
luke overall
Just spent five days here. The location is super convenient, plenty of restaurants around, and the train station is only a five-minute walk away. The hotel itself is a bit dated. This is my second stay, so maybe I’m a little biased. The rooms are small, but you can slide your luggage under the bed, which helps save space. Most floors have coin-operated laundry machines, which is a great plus. L...

Great location near Shinjuku Station with easy access anywhere in the city. Our queen economy room was VERY cramped but at least there was space to store the suitcases under the bed. Service was courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet was convenient but food was average. Laundry facilities are great but in high demand. We had the best luck first thing in the morning.
