Hotel Resol Machida (couple trip)

English speaker. Very friendly and clean. Great service at the front desk with the staff being accommodating. Staff English speaking capabilities is varied, mostly very basic English but using Google translate was not an issue to resolve questions or concerns. Highly recommend for the price, location, and closeness to Machida station. Also, there's a 7/11 right across the street so major plus!

Small but functional rooms. Breakfast was nice, a little different to what I'm used to. Staff all friendly. There were some renovation work ongoing, but other than a room move it never affected me.

This hotel has a funny welcome gift of a token for the capsule machine near the elevator, which dispenses some little snacks that "Machida's famous goodies." The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the train station. Other than that, room doesn’t meet the cleanliness standards expected for the price, breakfast is just okay, policies are not flexible for any requests such as for early flights with paid breakfast.

I had a great experience staying here. The room is a little smaller than I stayed in other countries but it was very efficient placing all the amenities within the space. The electronic toilet of Toto is nice. All Items in room are placed neatly. The staff was excellent and extremely professional.
