Great location!! Friendly staff! Very affordable price!! Close to everything for shopping and dining! It has a laundry facility but also close to a laundromat for large amount of laundry. Straight from Haneda by shuttle bus (¥300) to JR Kamata. I truly enjoyed staying at Kamata, and I will use this hotel again! Update: I stayed again after 6 months from my first review, and I loved the stay....

A quiet neighborhood near Tokyo. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free laundry and coffee is offered. Best part is it is close to a train station, 7-11, family mart and Hama Sushi (open till midnight)! Would stay again!

Room is small but quaint and has everything I need. Service is very friendly and it seems like they have good accommodations if you dont speak japanese. Also its located on a side street so there's no noise but its still right near the station so its convenient.
