Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo (solo trip)

Stayed in early July 2025 Booked a single room since my flight to Tokyo landed quite late. The room is a typical business hotel one in Japan, clean, functional, albeit of course a bit small. Appreciate the provision of an air cleaner in the room, although the cleanup status of the air cleaner itself is rather unknown. The room is good size based on Japanese business hotel standards. New, clean and comfortable. Great for an overnight transfer or if you want to save money and not stay at the city center. They have shuttle bus service every half hour. Ask airport information for bus schedule after you arrived. Pickup is at chartered bus area, not the regular city bus stops. Look for the sign.

Just two stops from Haneda Airport and a five-minute walk to the nearest subway station. The room was very quiet and clean. The check-in kiosk was easy to use, and the staff were friendly and helpful with all the information I needed.

Fabulous hotel, perfect location and incredible value for money. Friendly assisted auto check in and everything was explained well. Lovely room with a view on the 11th (top) floor. Highly recommend before an early flight. The free transfer bus takes just 7 minutes to T3 and the staff are so helpful. (Can’t understand the bad reviews). It is popular so get there 15 minutes beforehand.

Very close to Haneda airport. You can take their shuttle to and from the airport or you can take train as well. Front desk was helpful though I had to use a kiosk to check in.
