Near ueno station, space was sufficient for a solo traveller Shower was small, which may be a issue for bigger guests. Would suggest getting a higher floor too as road are busy and noisy at night

The staff has a very bad manner and not friendly at all. They didn’t know i can understand Japanese so what they talk to each others about me was very impolite. I believe the owner is not Japanese. Won’t come back here again. Price is not cheap and i expext a better service.
