Hilton Tokyo Odaiba (solo trip)

This was our second time visiting the Hilton Odaiba. We enjoyed our first stay so much that we decided to return. Unfortunately this time we were greeted by DHO who seemed unwelcoming and did not make much effort to explain important information that should have been addressed. Do not book if you aren't staying within the Daiba area or willing to make limited trips, as the train lines are very expensive compared to in town! The room quality here is good, higher than some, but definitely much older. Staff are very kind and helpful, and some speak limited English also. Great view of the Rainbow bridge!

Room Service - painfully slow but once arrived nice. Very dated hotel, see photos. Worst part - can’t reach hotel from outside. Phone tree tells you to press 2 for English and disconnects you saying wrong option. Ugh. Hilton corporate transferred chat from app multiple times and hotel would greet & disconnect. Nice hotel adjacent to a metro station with two malls close by and connected via above ground walk paths. This provides good options for dining and access going into the city. Family friendly since the two-twins rooms are allowed for 4 people. The twin beds are real twin beds so it is a tight fit for two people but it worked for medium sized family members.
