Henn na was a fully automated check-in service desk hotel. Thou there is still staff to assist when a human is need. The hotall is fully functional in checking in and out. You are greet by 2 animatronic dinosaurs and a lady. Really cool Jurassic theme at the front desk. The staff was polite and very helpful.

Look for yellow minibus for the free shuttle. Go to airport tourist information. The have the times and location to wait. The didn't describe the bus which would have been helpful.

It’s very close to Haneda airport. Rent-a-car place is near. A few convenient stores are walking distances. Breakfast wad not worthy for me, but my wife, since she doesn’t like food from convenient stores.

Do not do your laundry here. Lint flies everywhere when drying clothes. The machines don’t even dry properly. Clothes still wet after 2 hours. Whats worse is the machines take 100 yen coins only. Good luck getting coins for the machine. Staff was no help when I told them about the issues.

Easy self check in with the automated kiosk. The rooms are small but affordable. There is a paid parking lot nearby. On site laundry for 500 yen which only takes 100 yen coins 7/11 Lawson walking distance. Pretty convenient to the station The shuttle times vary and from what I see they do not offer any afternoon shuttles.
