Rooms, service and location all good. 2,200 JPY for the breakfast is a big no. The breakfast was so unbelievably terrible for the price it made me want to drop my review to 1 star. Avoid the breakfast and this hotel is good. Room size decent, bed a little too firm, bathroom decent with a very basic bidet.

Location: 10/10. There was some smell when I entered the room, but all was good after turning on the air purifier. The room doesn't have a wardrobe, only three hooks with five hangers. However, given that the location is very near the metro station, it's something I'm willing to compromise.

Really enjoyed my stay! The staff was incredibly nice, the hotel was clean, and the location near the subway was super convenient. The room was a bit small but felt cozy for my 3-night stay. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms are very small the bathroom is the size of the air plain bathroom, they have no Amenities besides the WiFi. Every where you look is very old and dirty. The first impression was the lobby carpet, dirty and stained. Also if you have a lot of luggage or if your are 6’2” feet tall won’t fit in those rooms. The only thing good is the location. Bad experience for my kids and I.
