Rooms are ok, but starting to show a lot of wear. Not much storage space in the rooms. Not even a place for your suitcase. The restaurant is great and the front desk staff are very good. It is mostly westerners here. English support is very good. Ask for Bruno. He will get you anything you need or anywhere you want to go. His English is fluent. Location is the best part. Very central to everythi...

Very nice hotel located within a 5 min walk to Tokyo Station and less than 5 min to Kyobashi Station. The lobby is located on the 4th floor and has a small seating area that doubles up as a place to get drinks and snacks for their elite members since they don’t have an executive lounge. Main entrance off the east side of the building. Rooms are small and the one I had you barely have enough space ...

I would rebook here for my next stay in Tokyo. Very close to Tokyo station and an entrance to Kyobashi station. The size of the room was good for Tokyo standards. The reception staff spoke fluent English which was much appreciated.

This was by far the friendliest staff and cleanest Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at. In addition, they provide free coffee/lattes to all guests which is a very nice touch. Platinum elite members and above get free snacks and beverages, which was a pleasant surprise. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

They spoke very good English and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one! Really good value for money with the bonus of being so close to Tokyo Station. It was super easy to catch trains to practically everywhere! I will definitely be ...
