We had booked a non-smoking room, but when we checked in at 10:00 pm, they surprisingly provided us with a smoking room! We don’t smoke, and we have our kids with us, so they don’t offer any other solutions except canceling our booking. We’ll have to reach around and find another hotel after a long travel with our luggage.

Pros: great location, friendly staff, room nice and big and generally clean, quiet! Would recommend! Cons: we had a non smoking room but general smoke smell around hallways/slightly in room etc. also we washed clothes and dried twice and they were still damp, dirty and gained a horrible smell. Breakfast could also be tastier.. good variety.. but not great taste.

Worse part of hotel is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. They offered us fans to help cool the room but even having 2 in our room is was like 80 degrees. Very difficult to sleep in this humid room. I ask the front desk multiple time...
