Installation is ok, garden view is nice. The lake has a fountain, fishes, and lighting at night. There is a 24-hour convenience store in the hotel. Personal care items are in the room. They have room service but I'm not sure what they offer. This is the only hotel (from 5 i stayed) that has an English TV channel. Two issues, It is far from the airport, and the shuttle schedule is inconvenien...

Very nice place to take a break before flying out. The rooms (main building) are good for a 2 night stay. A little dusty but clean. The shuttle bus times are frequent enough but you can just use a taxi to get to the same places a bit faster if needed.

A great hotel with a convenience store near the entrance, right inside and a free shuttle bus service to the airport. The onsen was not free but I think it would be worth it though. Breakfast was very varied. I highly recommend the French toast.

The room was OLD, DAMP, MUSTY, POORLY MAINTAINED, and FAR BELOW ACCEPTABLE standards. The entire place had an eerie, haunted vibe that made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. The toilet was outdated and in terrible condition, and the bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up sore all o...

The restaurant buffet is pricey but there is a family Mart right in the lobby and a small fridge and kettle in the room If you don't want a big meal. Onsen and coin-operated laundry available, downstairs and...
