Very good stay. Perfect location near Odori Park and close to the subway. Also an easy walk to Sapporo Station. Front desk staff were very helpful. Having a washing machine in the room was great.

Good value hotel stay in Sapporo. Centrally located in a convenient location, with clean moderate sized rooms and good service. Some rooms also have a washer/dryer which is super convenient when you need it.

Stayed in two hotels in Sapporo around the same price and this was the better one. The room is big for Japan and the bed is larger than the standard double. There is a washer dryer in the room which is amazing!!! They also give you complimentary ice cream which is as good as the ones you get at dessert places in the city. The location is perfect in the middle of Susukino and Sapporo Stn.

I totally enjoy staying at the Tokyu Stay hotels, especially since it has a washer/dryer combo in each room. Great location for where I wanted to go. If I come back again, I would stay here. Also, if you happen to come back early enough from your excursions, they offer free soft serves. Delicious. Staff were very nice and accommodating too.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Check-in was fine but unremarkable. The lobby is modern and spacious which is nice if you arrive before check-in time. The rooms are the standout of this hotel. They are very large by Japanese standards and come equipped with a microwave and washer/dryer. There is also a small table and chairs to use which was nice too. The washroom was rather large as well...
