Check in process was smooth, staff are very fluent in English. I like that there is an ice machine and few vending machines at the lobby, although seicomart is only across the street. The bathroom however is very small, even for an Asian, I can't imagine how the Caucasians can shower there. Tiny rooms , terrible location and awful bathrooms. But had to survive here for a couple of nights as everything else was terribly overpriced during the festival weekend in August. But hey, the coffee machine in the ground floor was nice.

The room have bed bugs! Can’t sleep!!! Very dirty. the staff let some guest smoke around the hotel without warning when there's "no smoking" sign all over the hotel. the smell is everywhere, the lobby, the elevator and even in your room's bathroom. i cough everytime i smell the smoke. 😷🤢🤧 is this what i paid for!?

Overall, I’d give this experience a 4 stars. Solely because the windows in the room seem unsafe to me, because of how you could literally fall out of them and maybe fall to your death lol.
