The hotel is in front of a train station. 2 stations away from Sapporo Station. Room is clean and size is good for 1-2 pax. Pajama, toiletries and other basic necessities provided, no need to bring your own.

The location is great! At the quiet side of Susukino but still close enough to the action. The room was orepared with amenities for 1 person but 2 people were registered. Front desk staff rectified the issue immediately. Adequate amenities from the amenity bar.

room is adequate. service is good. the location is good just may be difficult for elderly or kids with stroller as the subway exit in front is staircase. need walk far to elevator exit. just next to Watson n other eateries. nijo market n odori park is about 8 m walk away. there isn't airport shuttle but can walk to nearby airport limousine bus around 5 m that cost 1200 yen per pax.

I had booked an "economy" room but was upgraded to a "comfort" room, which was more spacious. While it was comfortable for me alone, it could still be a bit tight for two people with large suitcases, but that’s common with Japanese hotel rooms.
