Very delightful experience. We stayed in a 3 bed room for 9 nights with my wife and a doughter. Housekeeping is done every 3 days. However, the trash bin is cleaned and you get a clean towels every day. Staffs are very polite and helpful. But the best part is the Location. It sits in center of Tanukikoji. Location of hotel was great- the exit/ entrance of the hotel faces the whole shopping street (to all shoppers' delight!). Opposite the hotel is another shopping mall (namely Uniqlo). 5min walk to the Airport Limousine bus stop (It stops many times so the timing of 1h to the airport was inaccurate. The staff were very polite and kind. They all spoke some English and were happy to help. The hotel itself is very central and there are plenty of shops and eateries right outside.
