Upon check in, I would say that the Indian female receptionist was very rude. When I passed the passport to her for check in, she just stood there and asked me for the booking number from Agoda, and she never tried to even search my name through my passport. Great rooms and service. If you don't speak Japanese and watching TV is important bring a roku or fire stick or something for the TV. Two convenience stores across the street for easy snacks. Restaurants nearby that are often open late as well.

I stayed here for three days and two nights, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The room was a bit bigger than I expected — I booked a double bed, and while it’s still “Japan-sized,” it’s definitely more spacious compared to typical Tokyo hotels. This is a small motel. In the room you can hear all noises from next door, upstairs, and in the hall way. It is because the wall is so thin. I was unable to sleep all night and talked to the staff. They just didn’t care. You can find a better hotel in the same area for that price. Also the Wi-Fi is very slow.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from either Hōsui-Susukino Station or Susukino Station. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby.
