Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo (solo trip)

All good except the breakfast and public bath are disappointing. Public bath was far more smaller than others I’ve visited. As far as for the breakfast, the pictures showed in website were good but actual foods were bit dried. Salad was nice and fresh.

Best hotel in terms of proximity to main station, with full-serviced rooms, sufficient and nutritious breakfast, prompt and excellent service from all staff. I think it was literally just the bathroom technology that was somewhat less than premier quality (not an actual issue though). The design was comforting and well-thought, the lounge and communal bath were good, the location was excellent

I frequently travel to Japan and always choose Mitsui but this time a bit disappointed! In comparison with Mitsui in Yokohama, this one in sapporo is small ( even I paid 3,000 to upgrade my room to the better one :18 square meters) but it is still small and old! The hotel location is great very convenient and close to JR sapporo station. the room and environment is nice. Staff is nice. Especially，Mr Tsubota. His can speak english fluently so that he helps us a lot and very patient to us.
