Lestel Maru (couple trip)

We had a very pleasant stay in lestel maru for 6 nights.. The room was spacious, the kitchen was complete, bathroom was big. Everything was perfect. Theres a nearby supermarket and easy access to subway station. I really recommended the place, and will definitely come back.

Snoring can be an issue, but I suppose this is largely a matter of chance in a shared room. The room itself was clean, and the common areas were convenient and easy to use. Overall good place to stay with potential to be great with some minor improvements. First of all the location is a bit tucked away from the city center, but still easily accessible since it's nearby a subway station. Some convenience stores and a 24h Aeon are nearby. The location is very quiet and peaceful, away from the crowd and shopping area, for those looking for peace and quiet this hotel should be the first choice. There are no staffs visible, all check-in and check-out processes are handled by yourself. The cleanliness is very good. The capsule bed is very spacious, the bathroom is also clean.

As a solo traveler, I booked the dormitory room and given that I stayed during [some days of] the 2025 Sapporo Snow Festival, it was a great value for money. Even if the hotel itself does not have staff presence, it ensures that guests are properly guided from check-in to all other requirements of the stay. The beds in the dormitory are spacious and still provide necessary privacy.
