All good, great amenities. However asked for a extra pillow, and the front desk person said NO. Not a big deal, however with a very nice hotel, I would expect this to not be a big deal. Other than that. All was good. Great location also.

After closing room door there is always noisy from the ventilator. They provide amenities on first floor. Room is quite compact for solo traveler. Location is very convenient, 5-10 min walk to Sapporo station, between the station and Odori park. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet is at the restaurant on the second floor. It is not tasty!

Excellent front desk. We arrived well before check in time. The were able to hold our bags while we went out and about. High qualities toiletries provided. Super mellow vibe.

The room is clean, easy check in and what can i say. Is a great hotel. The room is not too small. Still good. Near to stasiun and odori park. There is luggage storage too. There is laundry and jido. Amenities is in lobby you can take it.

Location: use exit 9 from the train station with lift would be closer to hotel Services in hotel: was told a set of rules like central system so not able to set temp by room, if heater is on n we feel hot, need to off the heater and open window (which is what we did for the whole stay); only given one pillow and not suppose to ask for additional pillow.
