Very bad service and reception! As I walked into the hotel, the bell boy greeted and guided me to the check-in counter. There was no line there so I intended to approach the counter to check in. Clean and comfortable rooms in a great location, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my mum's week-long stay a wonderful experience.
