We would not go back or recommend due to rooms and cleaning. Fantastic location where one side of the hotel faces the street for taxi access, and other side opens into the shopping promenade. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. We had adjoining twin rooms and it was expensive but very motel-like. No window in eother room! If thats important to you as it was for us. Great location. Hotel is located within the 1km belt of shops. There is a back exit where you can head to the shopping area directly. Appreciate that the hotel also provides free welcome drinks throughout your stay - just head to lvl 2. The hot bath is not exactly an onsen but it works and is clean. A convenient hotel in Susukino with directly connected to Tanukikoji shoping street and nearby airport bus stop. I've booked this place every time when I was in Sapporo. The room was cleaned and comfortable but quite small. Parking lot was available but limited. A little public bathroom was available. Various choice of welcome drink and available until night. Breakfast was great.

I had a lovely stay at Karaksa hotel Sapporo. I accidentally left some items behind after checking out, and the front desk team was incredibly helpful and kind in assisting me with getting them back to my country.
