The best, I'm in hokkaido for 2 years and I found this one is the best Japanese hotel in hokkaido ❤️

Great onsen baths and good standard of accomodation. Dinner and breakfast buffets were fairly good. A little bit too crowded at breakfast though. Maybe they should go with 2 sessions like dinner. A bit uncomfortable really, too many come during the short time.

Wonderful hotel, well appointed rooms and lovely front desk staff. Only criticism is how crazy the dinner buffet line is but food was generally good

Lake side hotel, lake view room is astonishing! Stay only one night though but you still can feel the staffs’ warmth and hospitality! Definitely will come back!

I read a lot of bad reviews for this hotel and I felt a bit scared. But when I went here and stayed, WOW this hotel is my favourite one of my 5 hotels of this Hokkaido trip. I love how HUGE of the onsen(public bath) they have. The vibe of their public bath made me feel like going back to the old traditional japanese tavern. I really enjoy staying here. Food was GREAT. I enjoyed their offers 2 meal...
