The location is superb and the price per night is very reasonable. Only grief is that the room has faint water pipe running sound from ajoining rooms and the interior of the whole hotel feels and smell like the 80s.....it needs a REFRESH! Parking in hotel is a big plus.

The hotel sit in a good location. it gives quick access to every famous tourist location. Room is good. Food is good. Hotel staff not only give good services, but also helpful. The building fit the feeling of a historic city. I am traveling with 4 family members. Certainly will stay here again next time paying visit of Otaru.

Great location and comfortable stay at Nord Otaru Hotel! The hotel is right in front of the canal — perfect for sightseeing. The room was clean and cozy. The facility feels a bit old but has a nice classic charm. I also tried the lunch buffet and it was good. Would stay again!
