I got separated from my family during my journey and just passes by this hotel. The kind man at the reception desk lent me the charger and helped me with patience and kindness. Thank you so much for your help! Definitely will book this hotel for my next trip in Sapporo🙏

We stayed as a family with 2 adjacent double rooms. Super clean hotel. Location is close to susukino area so was a little noisy at night with the windows open but no problem with them closed. Close to metro stops at susukino.
