Location could not have been more perfect. Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. I particularly liked the firm bed pillow. Coin laundry, luggage delivery, and many helpful services.

For a 3 star hotel it definitely feels like 5. The staff are great, polite and friendly. The cleanliness is top notch. The food is awesome and it a few walk to sapporo station. If i will go back to sapporo i will definitely go back in this hotel. 100% recommended.

There are complimentary skincare products you can collect from level 1 opposite the reception counter. There is coin laundry service. The dryer is not very good.
