Great location, good sized rooms, and the staff were super nice. I think the room was one of the larger ones in Japan for economy and it felt clean. Good amenities. Not too far form the train so it was easy to lug the bags to and from.

Super stinky and hard bed rooms. Everything needs to be replaced. Staff is friendly and location is good otherwise

Staff very attentive even if English somewhat limited. Room good size & everything worked. Public bath is just that- no sauna or cold dip. Breakfast good but very little variation across the 7 days. Close to station and to many restaurants and shopping malls. If you want fresh food look in the basements. If after crab & happy to have as a takeaway buy at the fish market where many stalls have them...

The front desk was extremely rude. I could not believe that I would face this kind of service. The were many people died in flu infections in this flu season in Japan. The front desk employee sniffed loudly when handling check-in. I could hear it even with earphones. May the hotel consider customers’ life and make sure employees’ health conditions?

Walking distance from the Sapporo station, close to the Sapporo clock tower. The hotel seems old but well maintained. The hotel was pretty full yet the room was quiet. The hotel has a public bath for guests which is well maintained. Every staff was approachable and helpful. It was a great experience.
