Hotel Hashimoto (solo trip)

I stayed for several nights. The room was a Japanese-style room with a separate toilet and bath. It was worth the price, so I would recommend it if you're looking for a cheap place to stay. The large public bath was quite hot, and there was also a sauna, which was great. The front desk staff made a very good impression. The location is also great.

It's a little far from Sapporo Station, but if you go underground it's only about 20 minutes away. Although it's far from the station, it's close to Nijo Market, Tanukikoji, and Susukino, so the location isn't bad. I had only planned to stay one night, but heavy snow prevented me from returning home, so I ended up staying two. However, the calm and elegant staff made my stay pleasant. Amenities were minimal, but there was a convenience store nearby, so it wasn't a problem. The large public bath was also great for relieving fatigue. I would like to use it again when I visit Sapporo.

Don't lose the room key unless you can speak Japanese. Lost the room key and they wanted me to move rooms and charge me extra for changing my room. The key is unmarked, but for "security" reasons they have to replace the locks and keys to the door instead of making a copy of the key. Incompetent decision-making in my opinion.
