Hotel Forza Sapporo Station (couple trip)

We enjoyed our stay in Forza Hotel. It was just a few mins walk to/from Sapporo Main station. This was a big advantage specially if you have a lot of big luggages with you. Just a few steps from the hotel is the Tokyu Mall where they have a department store, GU/Uniqlo for your shopping needs. There were a lot of food options too and even ones that close late. Location is around 5mins walk from JR station, but surround with many restaurant and shopping area. The room is nice, comfy bed, and a foot massage machine. I like the sunshine to the bed every morning, and there is one complementary wine/sake during the stay, will visit again if coming Sapporo next time!

I didn’t like that the towel rack was right above to the WC, it makes it inconvenient to use the WC when there are towels hanging. The bedsheets were not clean and had a faint yellow stain. The front desk service was a hit or a miss depending on which reception staff you get. Moisturizers and toothpaste were given in small tiny packets. Very clean. While the room is compact, all basic amenities provided (TV, kettle, fridge, toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, cotton buds and toiletries). Bathroom easy to keep dry, good drainage and ventilation. Location very near Sapporo station and many variety convenience stores nearby. Will recommend others to stay here.

Reviewed 05/06/25 Stayed here for 3 nights as a quick trip to Sapporo. Great location with easy access to the train station. Staff was friendly and quick. We got breakfast included with our room as we were traveling so the an infant. The food at the buffet was good with a lot of variety to choose from.
