The location is good, but that's it. The onsen experience is a bit weird since you have to bring your own towel from your room to the onsen. They also have a cleaning service every 3 days of your stay but when we expected our room to be cleaned, a note was left on our door saying it wasn't our turn yet and the only thing they'll be doing is renewing our towels. Hotel is pretty new. Very clean. Room is a little small. Booked superior twin room. Was allocated room on 9th floor which had a beautiful view of the sea. Difficult to hve 2 luggages opened. Very good location about 7 mins walk from Otaru station. When we arrived Otaru it was raining hard, so took taxi to hotel which costs 700 yen. Nice hotel , walking distance with luggage around 10 min. Room is spacious. Hotbath is good. Only comment is a female cleaner will enter men hot bath area during the hours. Just culture shock as check with the front counter, it claim this is normal culture here.

Stayed 2N in a Premium Twin room (top floor on 11th, same as public bath, 2 single beds joined together) in mid Sep 2025. English speaking staff on hand to assist, esp with luggage transport queries. Note > 9min walk southeast from Otaru Station > 4min walk east to main shopping street (starting from OTARU TAISHOU GLASS MUSEUM), and another min to Otaru Canal > 4min walk southeast to Sushi street...

24.10.25 Our room was spacious enough to accommodate three beds comfortably and offered a pleasant street-facing view with no obstruction.
