Great hotel! Near public transport, shopping Center and lots of good food surrounding the area. Pretty easy to get to a lot of tourist locations with the subway from the hotel as well.

The staff were very well mannered and assisted me politely during check in. I was initially informed that check in was at 3pm and check out at 10am, so I was prepared to wait since I arrived at the hotel around 2.30pm. After a short while, the staff requested my passport to proceed with the check in, and I was able to enter the room by 2.35pm. This made me a little unsure about the exact official ...

Garden stay located beside the higashi sapporo station is a very strategic hotel . The place is clean and the room is really spaceious for me , i think for its value its worth it. They also have coin laundry and sauna room for both women and man. The down side is probably the checkin because its full automatic when you book overseas its often missed your name

- Right across the subway station (super easy to get to) - Check-in is automated and has service in English. - I don't think this is regular, but the bathroom smelled slightly of cigarettes. Manager was very apologetic. - There is a sauna (?) in the hotel by reservation; I didn't get a chance to check it out.

An average hotel. The male front desk staff was a bit stern, while the female staff were very friendly. Parking is limited and costs ¥1,000 per night. If you return too late, there might be no available parking spots, but you can park at the Aeon parking lot or find other parking options a few minutes’ walk away at a cheaper price.
