Onsen is city oasis over the top floor. The room is spacious, cute, tidy and clean. Automatic check in and out are game changer, staff are assisting all the way when anyone needs help. Easily accessible to OTori station and Sapporo station, many department stores around and landmarks like the clock building and the famous Hokkaido tower

4/5 based on value. Solid hotel, great location but breakfast can be crowded and before 9AM you will have to queue if the hotel is busy. With a baby this was inconvenient but food quality was good and definitely order the melon well worth the 500 yen. Public bath is nice with great views but remember to take the towel from your room and check the opening hours.

We were staying on the 14th floor and then decided to stay another day and were given the 4th floor; both rooms are equally comfortable. Breakfast includes eggs and bacon. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Given 4 stars becos of the lau...
