I stayed for 3 nights, the room rates were very competitive. Considering the good room rate I got, I am satisfied with the service. They only clean the room every 5 days but the staff relented to my request to change a dirty bedsheet. Yet, fresh face towel, towel and rubbish bag is provided daily. I slept and had breakfast very very badly, in addition, the remaining room was for smokers and the smell was very strong. I had to use the two mattresses of the two beds together to sleep, it was really uncomfortable.

Decent-sized room with plenty of space for luggage. I made the mistake of booking a smoking room but the staff was kind enough to provide an air purifier which eliminated almost all of the odor. This was during the peak summer season so I greatly appreciate the hotel staff for doing this favor fir me at no extra cost. The location is great as it's only 10 minutes away on foot. Location: not too close to Sapporo station, but not far either. It's about a 10min walk. Doesn't seem far from the station but could be draining if you are dragging multiple luggages.
