This was a comfortable stay. There is a bus from the airport(New Chitose) that has a last stop at the hotel. It cost 1400yen for adults and less for kids. The last stop of the airport bus so you won't miss it. Quite accessible to bus rides to the city center. The hotel is quite big with lots of amenities. The room is spacious than most hotels in Tokyo.
