Children 3–12 enjoy a fenced Snow Playground, magic-carpet lift, Chibikko park, and indoor kids’ room; rentals are plentiful, yet no staffed daycare and a ¥5,000 play pass strain parents’ time and budget.

The beginner terrain is excellent. Advanced terrain is good. But the peak of Kokusai is it's easy access back country. The gated area is incredible and has some awesome quick tour routes to get make your run that but longer and more incredible. Downsides - getting out from the gated area is a huge traverse, snowboarders beware. A few river crossings included. If you drop too far it's very easy to...

Great day activity! The slopes are easy to learn if you’re a beginner. I ended up renting gear and it was an easy process. I would come back again!

Brand newly open place which currently, even during busy Sunday, wasn’t overcrowded at all. Cool design with slightly higher prices than the Kokusai Ski Resort restaurant, however cool indoor space, with semi outdoor terrace m, overlooking part of the slope are really modern and cool looking. Food was above average with limited choices, but very nice presentations and very tasty.
